Unworn, unwashed, tags attached	✓ Yes — within 14 days of delivery. We will issue a return tag. Intimation must be sent within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Wrong size or item received	✓ Yes — we cover return shipping
Worn, washed, or without tags	✗ Not eligible
Final sale items	✗ Not eligible

How to Return

1. Email support@montivella.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
3. Ship the item back in its original condition. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days.
