Return & Cancellation Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may notify us within 48 hours after receiving the item to us on ContactUs@Montivella.com and the product has to be send to us within 30 days as per return policy. Customer care will advise on each steps. Please note that the intimation within 48hrs is mandatory to accept the return process otherwise it will not be eligible to return anymore. Please review our return guidelines below.

1. Return Policy

  • Eligibility: Products must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags attached. Items showing signs of wear or without original packaging may not qualify for a return. Also, inner wears are not eligible to return due to hygiene issues. 
  • Return Fees: A small processing fee may apply for returns in some cases, which will be deducted from your refund. The exact amount will be calculated based on your location and the product however this will be communicated over email once the intimation is send by you.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at ContactUs@Montivella.com, and we will provide instructions for returning the items.

2. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 15 business days.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable if any however we offer most of the cases free shipping.

3. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase by contacting ContactUs@Montivella.com. After 12 hours, the order may already be processed, and you will need to follow the return process upon receiving the item.

4. Exchanges

  • Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please initiate a return and place a new order for your desired item.
