Shipping Fees

We charge a simple flat rate based on how many items are in your order:

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships.

Tracking Your Order

A tracking number is sent by email once your order ships. Please allow 2–3 business days after your shipping confirmation for tracking updates to appear in the carrier system.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within 21 business days of your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@montivella.com, and we will investigate right away.

We currently ship to the continental United States only. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories at this time.
