If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may notify us within 48 hours after receiving the item to us on support@montivella.com and the product has to be send to us within 30 days as per return policy. Eligibility: Products must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags attached. Items showing signs of wear or without original packaging may not qualify for a return.
Please note; all inner wears are not eligible to return due to hygiene issues.
Return Fees: A processing fee may apply for returns, which will be deducted from your refund. The exact amount will be calculated based on your location and the product.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at support@montivella.com, and we will provide instructions for returning the items.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 15 business days. Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
3. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase by contacting support@montivella.com. After 6 hours, the order may already be processed, and you will need to follow the return process upon receiving the item.
4. Exchanges
