We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
The delivery date may vary due to external factors on the arriving country such as customs checks, etc.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page.
To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Return & Cancellation Policy
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may notify us within 48 hours after receiving the item to us on support@montivella.com and the product has to be send to us within 30 days as per return policy.
Customer care will advise on each steps. Please note that the intimation within 48hrs is mandatory to accept the return process. Please review our return guidelines below.

1. Return Policy
Eligibility: Products must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags attached. Items showing signs of wear or without original packaging may not qualify for a return.

Please note; all inner wears are not eligible to return due to hygiene issues.

Return Fees: A processing fee may apply for returns, which will be deducted from your refund. The exact amount will be calculated based on your location and the product.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at support@montivella.com, and we will provide instructions for returning the items.

2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 15 business days. Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

3. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase by contacting support@montivella.com.
After 6 hours, the order may already be processed, and you will need to follow the return process upon receiving the item.

4. Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please initiate a return and place a new order for your desired item.
